Broncho Golf Day Registration Opens

Men's and Women's Programs Team Up For Fundraiser April 10 At KickingBird Golf Club

EDMOND – Registration is now open for the third annual Broncho Golf Day April 10 at KickingBird Golf Club in Edmond.

The fundraiser golf tournament is a four-person scramble that includes one student-athlete from the men's or women's teams. Registration will begin and lunch will be served at noon with a 1 p.m. shotgun start getting the tournament underway.

"It's a fun event that brings former players back together with our supporters," UCO head women's golf coach Michael Bond said. "I know the current student-athletes enjoy it too. We appreciate the support of everyone past and present and we look forward to another successful event in April."

"We've had a lot of fun hosting this the past couple of years and this year will be no exception," UCO head men's golf coach Derrick Thompson said. "The guys enjoy it. They enjoy interacting with former players. It's a really good time and we really appreciate the support."

In addition to registration, sponsorship opportunities are also available. Supporters can purchase a hole sponsorship, lunch sponsorship, or title sponsorship. All proceeds from the tournament support the men's and women's teams.

Central Oklahoma's men's golf program begins its 2026 spring season Feb. 9 in Houston, Texas and the women's program begins Feb. 16, also in Houston.
