Central Oklahoma Wins Home Finale

Bronchos Beat Missouri Southern 44-17 In Edmond On Senior Day

EDMOND – Central Oklahoma put together a clinic on Saturday, holding Missouri Southern at nearly every turn while scoring all afternoon in a Senior Day blowout win at Chad Richison Stadium.

The Bronchos put up 471 yards of total offense and limited Missouri Southern to just 171, including 23 total rushing yards for the game. Saturday marked the fewest rushing yards allowed by the Bronchos since Oct. 1, 2022 against Lincoln.

"Proud of our team for responding to the last two weeks and sending the seniors out with a win," UCO head football coach Adam Dorrel said. "We challenged them to do that and they responded. We can't change what happened the last two games but we made sure it wasn't going to today and I'm proud of the team for that."

UCO is 5-5 on the season with one game remaining. The Bronchos travel to Missouri Western in St. Joseph, Missouri next Saturday for the final. UCO has a chance to record back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since 2017 & 2018 with a win.
