KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Central Oklahoma senior outfielder Jacee Minter was named MIAA Hitter of the Week following another standout performance by the two-time All-American.

Minter, from Edmond, led No. 6 Central Oklahoma to a 3-1 week on the road in the MIAA. After splitting a league doubleheader at Fort Hays State on Friday, the Bronchos swept their league doubleheader at Nebraska Kearney Saturday.

Minter hit .500 with seven hits in 14 at bats while also scoring four runs. She had two doubles and seven RBIs, five of those coming with two outs. She finished with a .643 slugging percentage and .533 on-base percentage.

The senior standout had four RBIs in UCO's 7-0 first-game win over FHSU, had the lone RBI in a 2-1 second-game extra-inning loss and then drove in one run in each of the Bronchos' wins over UNK.

Minter leads UCO with 60 RBIs this season. She is second in hits (54), home runs (10), triples (four), hit by pitch (four), sacrifice flies (three), and at bats (145). She also ranks third on the team in batting average (.372), on-base percentage (.440), and total plate appearances (168).
