LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Central Oklahoma returned to the Top 10 this week with the NFCA listing the surging Bronchos No. 9 in the country in the latest Top 25 coaches' poll.
UCO is 22-6 on the season, 4-0 in the MIAA, and riding a 16-game win streak. The Bronchos started the season in the Top 10 and have now climbed back in thanks to its extended win streak.
MIAA rivals Rogers State (third), Pittsburg State (11th), and Washburn (23rd) are all in the Top 25 as well. Missouri Southern is receiving votes in the poll.
Central Oklahoma plays at home this week. The Bronchos host Missouri Western and Northwest Missouri at Gerry Pinkston Stadium for two MIAA doubleheaders. First pitch Friday is scheduled for 1 p.m. against MWSU. The Bronchos will start at noon Saturday against NWMSU.
