"We're excited to get this year started," UCO head coach Cody White said. "But it's going to be a tough league again. There are a lot of good teams in the MIAA and we're going to have to really work for that first place spot. But we like our team too, we've got some new faces that will help us and we've got a good group of returners. So, we're ready to get started."

White is in his 11th year leading the Bronchos and has a 403-146 record. He's been named MIAA Coach of the Year three times and led Central to four MIAA titles.

UCO, which won its fourth MIAA title last year, begins the 2024 season in two weeks. The Bronchos head to Shreveport, Louisiana for the Mardi Gras Invitational and will take on Oklahoma Baptist, Augustana, Harding, Tuskegee, and Texas A&M Kingsville.

Central Oklahoma makes its home debut Feb. 9-10 with the Bronchos hosting a two-day tournament at award-winning Gerry Pinkston Stadium.

Central returns 12 letterwinners from a year ago when the Bronchos went 54-9 and were NCAA Division II national semifinalists. That group includes three All-Americans and a national gold glove winner.
