UCO Up To No. 6 In Latest NFCA Poll

LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Central Oklahoma moved up two spots in the first NFCA regular season Top 25 of the year with the Bronchos now No. 6 in the country.

Central Oklahoma was picked No. 8 in the country in the NFCA's Preseason Top 25. The Bronchos went to Houston, Texas to open the season and posted a 4-2 record at the Division II Spring Kickoff Invitational.

UCO beat previously No. 18 Angelo State and No. 3 UT Tyler. Angelo is down to No. 23 this week and UT Tyler moved up to No. 2 in the country.

Central Oklahoma is hosting the Raising Cane's Softball Festival this weekend at Gerry Pinkston Stadium in Edmond. The Bronchos will play five games over three days, including a Saturday matchup with newly ranked No. 16 Southern Arkansas.
