WESTLAKE, Ohio – The University of Central Oklahoma athletic department had more than 70 student-athletes recognized Tuesday when the Division II Athletic Directors Association released its 2021-22 Academic Achievement Awards.
More than 16,000 were honored across Division II and more than 900 were recognized in the MIAA. In total, 73 UCO student-athletes earned a spot on the list.
To be recognized, a student-athlete must have a cumulative 3.5 grade point average, have two years at their respective institution, and have been an active member of their team during the past season.
