There will not be a shifting of the 2020 fall schedule, rather the schedule will pick up the week of Sept. 28. The MIAA announced games scheduled prior to that date can be made up later in the fall semester or in the spring if possible.

The change leaves UCO football with three less games on the schedule. The Bronchos will now open at home against Emporia State on Saturday, Oct. 3. Soccer will open a day earlier in Hays, Kan. and volleyball will be first out of the gate Tuesday, Sept. 29 at Missouri Southern.

The postponement also effects cross country, men's and women's golf, and women's tennis. It does not affect yet Central's four winter sports – men's and women's basketball, wrestling, or indoor track & field.

Central Oklahoma and the MIAA will continue to work diligently to find a way back to the playing field.
