All of Central Oklahoma's 11 regular season games will be broadcast on The MIAA Network. The Week 4 game will also be picked up by the NCAA to be showcased on its social media channels along with the possibility of a regional broadcast.

"We are excited that the MIAA and the NCAA has chosen UCO for one of its showcase games," UCO athletic director Eddie Griffin said. "UCO football has a long tradition of excellence and is among the all-time wins leaders in Division II. We're proud of that and we're glad to have the opportunity to showcase that on a larger scale this year."

The matchup against Northwest Missouri provides a handful of storylines to go with it.

UCO has 635 all-time wins, which is the fourth-most in DII history. Northwest has six national championships, which is the most in DII history. And, Central beat the Bearcats of Maryville, Mo. 31-21 last season in Edmond.
