199 Student-Athletes Make Honor Roll

EDMOND (Dec. 21) – A record 199 Central Oklahoma student-athletes obtained a 3.0 or better grade point average in the fall semester to make the UCO Athletic Director's Honor Roll, it was announced Monday.
 
Thirty-two student-athletes had a perfect a 4.0 GPA in the fall and UCO's 14 men's and women's varsity programs had a combined 2.95 GPA for the semester.
 
"This is a great achievement and a credit to an extraordinary staff of coaches and the phenomenal young men and women in this program," athletic director Joe Muller said.  "It is also validation that our program continues to grow in all the right ways."
 
Student-athletes making 4.0 for the fall were Brock Stuber of baseball, Garen Wright of men's basketball, Marley Anderson, Blake Blessington, Hayley Bryan, Savannah Gray and Jordan Ward of women's basketball, Deven Bond, Madison Brown, Rachel Buker and Audrey Campbell of cross country, Cody Troutman of men's golf, Camilla Schou of women's golf, Hunter Chalfant, Landon Chappell, Ryan Kowalewski, Daxton Williams and Jacob Oakley of football, Trista Cripe, Katriel Klein, Kalli Schwartz and Demmy Teng of rowing, Quinn Tookey of soccer, Tori Collet, Rachel Harper and Abbie Lancaster of softball, Ashlyn Carroll, Ashley Hughes and Bailee Thomas of track and field and Allison Barr, Taylor Bevis and Katy Davis of volleyball.
