BOLIVAR, Mo. (Oct. 25) – Southwest Baptist scored the lone goal of the game in the 29th minute and went on to hand Central Oklahoma a 1-0 Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association loss here Saturday.
 
The Bronchos managed just eight shots in the game, including three on goal, in falling to 10-4-2 on the season and 7-3-2 in the league.  The Bearcats, who beat UCO 4-1 a month ago in Edmond, improved to 13-3 and 10-2.
 
"We fought hard, but just came up a little short," head coach Mike Cook said.  "We've got two games left in the regular season and need to finish strong so we can take some momentum into the conference tournament."
 
The Bronchos end the regular season next week, hosting Northeastern State Friday and Missouri Southern Sunday.
