Biography
Senior outside hitter and two-year starter looking to end her career in style … Has been a steady offensive threat the past two seasons in ranking among the MIAA’s top players and will continue that this fall … Hard-working veteran who has made great improvement during her career and a superb athlete with great leaping ability … Gives the Bronchos additional offense with her serving prowess.
2023: Earned second-team All-MIAA honors after finishing with 280 kills, 139 digs and 45 service aces … Ended up second in the league in both total aces and aces per set (0.42) … Served up three-plus aces five times, with career-high six coming in five-set road win over Missouri Western while adding 14 kills … Had 10-plus kills in 11 matches with four of 15-plus … Collected 59 kills during one four-match stretch late in the season … Hit .300 or better 10 times, highlighted by .529 performance in road sweep of Emporia State with nine kills and no errors in 17 attacks.
2022: Started 26 of 30 matches and was a second-team All-MIAA selection … Knocked down 312 kills while adding 173 digs and team-high 35 service aces … Tallied double-digit kills in 15 matches, including 10 with 15 or more … Recorded career-high 21 kills with nine digs and three aces in five-set home win over Fort Hays State … Had 20 kills in four-set victory over Southern Nazarene … Served up three-plus aces seven times, with high of five coming against Washburn … Had five matches with 10-plus digs, topped by 14 in road win over FHSU … Was named an MIAA Scholar-Athlete.
2021: Played in 25 matches with one start and finished with 81 kills ... Had five-plus kills in eight matches and finished strong with season-high nine kills in each of the last two matches of the season ... Hit .500 with six kills and no errors in 12 attacks against FHSU.
High School: Put together fabulous career at Maize High School as a four-year starter, finishing with five school records ... Ended with 884 kills, 847 digs, 177 service aces and 149 blocks while hitting .284 ... Three-time All-League pick and named to Kansas Volleyball Association All-Star team as a senior ... First-team KVA All-Academic pick all four years ... Also lettered in softball for the Eagles.
