In her second season as the assistant volleyball coach at Central Oklahoma is Faith Avalos.

Avalos helped UCO to an 18-win season in her first year with the team. She helped coach three All-MIAA selections, an All-Region pick, and a consensus All-American.

Faith came to UCO from Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, where she served as head volleyball coach. Avalos led MACU to a school record for most conference wins in a season and also coached an all-conference selection.

Prior to MACU, Avalos served as the assistant coach at Arkansas-Monticello during the 2017 season. She was an assistant at Ouachita Baptist from 2014-16.

Avalos is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist, where she received her bachelor's degree in secondary education and history. She also received her master's degree in special education in 2017 from Henderson State.

Avalos played her collegiate career at OBU from 2010-13.
