The Bronchos went 19-10 in Emily’s first season in 2021 before coming back with a 24-7 campaign in 2022.

UCO was nationally-ranked most of the 2023 season in going 26-5 and finishing as MIAA runner-up and Todd helped  lead the Bronchos to the best season in school history in 2025.

Central got off to a best-ever 18-0 start and went on to set program records for wins (33) and winning percentage (91.7) in finishing 33-3. The Bronchos captured their first-ever MIAA Tournament title and then pulled out three straight five-set wins to claim the Central Regional crown for the first time in making the Elite Eight.

Emily helped guide UCO to another stellar season in 2026. The Bronchos won their first 17 matches to reach No. 1 in the Division II rankings for the first time and went on to finish 27-6 while making a second straight trip to the national Tournament.

Todd came to the Bronchos after a three-year assistant coaching stint at Henderson State, where she helped guide the Reddies to back-to-back 20-win seasons.

Todd started her coaching career as an assistant at Arkansas Tech, spending three years there. The Golden Suns won the Great American Conference and finished 35-1 season in her final season.

Emily played one year each at Colorado and Navarro Junior College before spending her final two seasons at ATU. Todd led the team to 54 wins, two league titles and two national tournament berths as a two-time All-GAC selection.

Todd received her bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education and has a master’s degree in College Student Personnel, both from Arkansas Tech.
