Biography
Senior mainstay set to be one of the team’s top midfielders . . . Multi-talented veteran who has seen considerable action at forward during her career and is a prime scoring threat with her offensive creativity . . . Was plagued by injuries her first two years, but has played in 41 games with 25 starts the past two seasons and is ready to finish with a flourish.
2013: Scored eight points with three goals and two assists while starting in 16 of 21 games played . . . Earned honorable mention All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association honors and also made the MIAA Academic Honor Roll . . . Was third on the team in shots take (39) and second in shots on goal (23) . . . Knocked in game-winning goal in 1-0 home win over Texas Woman’s . . . Also scored in home wins over Oklahoma Christian and Missouri Western . . . Assists came against Upper Iowa and Missouri Western.
2012: Played in 20 games with nine starts and finished with 12 points on five goals and two assists . . . Made go-ahead goal in 3-1 win over St. Mary’s and punched through the only score in 1-0 regular-season victory over Missouri Southern . . . Started the last six games and scored in three straight of those . . . Scored first goal in 4-0 rout of MSSU in opening round of the MIAA Tournament, had lone goal in 2-1 loss to Fort Hays State in league semifinals and tallied first score in 2-0 win over FHSU in the Division II playoffs . . . Had assists against Dallas Baptist and Washburn.
2011: Scored one goal while starting two of the first three games before going out for the season with injury early in first half against Abilene Christian . . . First career goal came against Truman State.
2010: Started the first four games before suffering season-ending injury and received a hardship ruling to retain a year of eligibility . . . Took six shots, including two on goal, but didn’t score.
High School: High-scoring prep star at Wichita Falls (Texas) High School, finishing with 51 goals and 38 assists in 86 games . . . Two-time All-District selection, earning MVP honors as a senior . . . Also a regional qualifier in cross country and track.
Personal: Engineering major . . . Enjoys art and reading among her top hobbies . . . Birthdate is Aug. 13, 1992.
