Biography
Sophomore rower looking to continue improving as she did in first collegiate season ... Gained valuable experience as a true freshman, rowing for the second Varsity 8 boat in a couple of races ... Brings a strong depth to the boathouse and is part of the 2018 Division II national championship squad.
2017-2018: Five seat in the 2V8+ that placed second at Central Sprints ... Two seat in the 2V8+ that placed second in the Tulsa Dual.
High School: (Graduated in 2017) Was a part of the 2016-17 all-conference basketball team and placed third at the track & field state tournament in the shotput ... Was also a member of the Rotary Club, National Honor Society and FCA.Â
Personal: Kinesiology major with a Leadership minor and is wanting to go into Athletic Training ... Lists sleeping and chilling with friends as her hobbies ... Names the OKC Thunder as her favorite professional team ... Since joining UCO in 2017, she has joined the Leaders of Tomorrow organization, has become the secretary for SAAC and the Exercise Science Club, and is on the Presidents Honor Roll ... One thing most people don’t know about Sierra is that she has a baby bearded dragon named Russ.Â
