Veteran leader of the Central Oklahoma rowing program ... Returning national champion that has worked UCO to consecutive gold medals in the Division II national championships Varsity 8+ races ... Helped the Bronchos to back-to-back national runner-up finishes in 2016 & 2017 before guiding the team to its first championship a year ago ... 2017-2018: Three seat in the V8+ that dominated the NCAA National Championships in Sarasota, Fla. ... The V8+ won by six seconds, making it not only the Bronchos first V8+ undefeated season, but also winning each spring race by open water ... Helped team to national championship for the first time in school history by six team points ... Three seat in the V8+ that won the West Region at WIRA Regatta in Sacramento, Calif., helping move the Bronchos to the No. 1 position in the country ... Three seat in the V8+ that swept the previous national champs, Western Washington, in the Falcon Regatta in Seattle, Wash., by a time of 17 seconds ... High School: While at Norman High (graduated in 2015), Erica played basketball.
