Biography

Junior defensive back that burst onto the scene in his first game as a Broncho and maintained a dominant position throughout the season ... Talented athlete and a strong asset on the corner ... Competes for the ball in the air ... Can make tackles in the open field ... Ready to improve in second year with the program ... Transferred to UCO from Navarro. 

2023: Played in all 11 games as a sophomore and made 10 starts at corner ... Finished the season with a stout 40 tackles to go with eight pass breakups and two interceptions ... Led the team in PBUs and INTs ... Also had four tackles behind the line of scrimmage for a combined loss of nine yards ... Took his first interception back for a touchdown in Week 1 win against Nebraska Kearney, with the pick-six proving the difference in Central's 24-20 victory ... Also had an interception against Northeastern State, when UCO won its ninth consecutive President's Cup game ... Recorded at least five tackles in a game four times, with a career-high six tackles in Week 6 against Northwest Missouri ... Batted three passes in a game twice, against Emporia State and Missouri Southern ... Also had pass breakups against Northwest and Washburn. 

JUCO: Played in seven games for the Bulldogs ... Made nine tackles, seven solo and two assisted.

High School: Prep standout at Mesquite High School ... Also competed in track & field. 

Personal: Physical Education/Health major ... Birthdate is Oct. 31, 2002.
