Shifty junior guard ready to step up and assume a bigger role this season . . . Showed what he’s capable of in finishing the 2010-11 campaign with a flourish and makes things happen on the floor . . . Speedy veteran and a smooth-shooting left-hander with good range who can also take the ball inside and create . . . Was hampered by injuries the last two years, but is fully healthy now and ready to go.

2010-11:  Struggled the first half of the year while missing eight games with injury before coming on strong down the stretch in helping key UCO’s post-season run . . . Averaged 14.0 points a game in six Lone Star Conference and South Central Regional tournament games while shooting 51.7 percent (31-of-60) from the field, including 52.6 percent (10-of-19) from 3-point range . . . Was an all-tournament pick in the LSC Tournament, scoring a career-high 25 points in first-round win over Eastern New Mexico and averaging 16.3 points on 59.4-percent (19-of-32) shooting in three games . . . Played in 26 games, averaging 6.7 points a contest for the season . . . Scored in double figures eight times, with five of those coming in the post-season.

2009-10:  Played only two games because of injury and earned a hardship ruling to retain a year of eligibility

2008-09:  Was scheduled to redshirt and missed the first 13 games before joining the roster in early January and went on to make eight starts in 17 games . . . Averaged 5.2 points, 2.8 assists and 1.2 rebounds an outing while shooting 37.8 percent (14-of-37) from 3-point range . . . Had a trio of 10-point games and dished out three-plus assists in eight games.
