Junior sharpshooter and two-year letterman who will push for starting duty this season . . . 2009-10: Played in all 29 games with 11 starts and averaged 11.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists a game while shooting 50.0 percent from the field . . . Tied for the team lead in 3-pointers with 64, hitting 43.0 percent of his long-range attempts to finish second in the Lone Star Conference . . . Was also eighth in the league in 3-pointers per game (2.3) . . . Scored in double figures in 18 games, going over the 20-point mark five times . . . Opened the season with a career-high 33-point outing in double-overtime win over Emporia State, hitting 10-of-12 shots -- including 8-of-9 3-pointers -- and all five free throw tries . . . Scored 27 points with six treys in late-season win over East Central and hit 7-of-8 long-range shots in 21-point game against Texas A&M-Commerce . . . Made three-plus 3-pointers in nine games . . . Collected five or more rebounds in eight contests, grabbing a career-high nine against eventual LSC champion Midwestern State . . . Was an Academic All-LSC selection.

2008-09: Came in as a true freshman and played in 26 games with five starts, averaging 4.4 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists a game . . . Shot 48.6 percent from 3-point range, hitting 18-of-37 from beyond the arc . . . Scored a season-high 19 points in home rout of East Central while making five treys.

High School: All-Conference, Oklahoman Big All-City and an All-Stater as a senior at Mustang High School . . . Averaged 19.7 points and 9.6 rebounds a game his final season and finished as MHS’ all-time leading scorer . . . Also lettered in soccer and track, qualifying for the state meet in the high jump.
