Biography

Experienced senior who gives the Bronchos great size and physicality in the paint . . . Hard to stop when he establishes position down low and a tough defender with good shot-blocking ability . . . Doesn’t back down in battles under the basket, a proven inside force ready to end his career with a flourish . . . Came to UCO after two years at Northern Oklahoma-Enid.
 
2013-14:  Started in 21 of 30 games played, averaging 8.1 points and 5.1 rebounds a contest. . . Shot 53.8 percent from the field and 71.8 percent from the line while leading the team in blocked shots (28) . . . Scored in double figures 10 times and had a pair of double-doubles, both against Missouri Western . . . Dominated in home win over the Griffons with season-high 25 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks while hitting 10-of-15 shots and 5-of-6 free throws . . . Had 14 points and 12 rebounds on 7-of-8 shooting in MIAA Tournament victory over MWSU . . . Shot 60 percent or better in 15 games . . . Pulled down at least five rebounds in 17 contests . . . Had eight games with two or more blocks.
 
Juco:  Played two years at NOC, averaging 5.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocked shots a game as a sophomore for the 21-10 Jets
 
High School:  Averaged 10 points, six rebounds and five blocked shots a game as a senior at James Madison High School in San Antonio . . . Played football as a freshman and sophomore for the Mavericks.
