Biography
Returning big man for the Bronchos and another All-MIAA selection ready to continue to improve and wrap up his career in style … Has a lot of skills for a big man, and is capable of scoring inside and out … Can put up 20 points on any given night … Is also a threat to dominate the glass on both ends of the floor … Only needs a step to get above a defender and throw down a dunk and is also good at working with his back to the basket … Is a force on the defensive end and can thwart almost any shot … Transferred from Nebraska after two seasons.
2016-17: Made an immediate impact in his first season with the team, playing in all 29 games and starting 27 of them … Averaged 10.7 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game while playing 22 minutes per game … Was a top-30 scorer in the MIAA while also ranking 12th in the league in rebounds per game and third in blocks per game … Was second on the Bronchos in shooting 53.2 percent from the floor, converting 117-220 shots last season … Added 74 made free throws, which was third-most on the team … Scored in double figures in 17 of 29 games including eight-straight through January and into February … Had two double-doubles with a 15-point, 14-rebound game against Fort Hays State on Feb. 18 topping his list of dominant performances … Was named All-MIAA Honorable Mention.

High School: Finished prep career at Comanche High School and was a dominant force in earning All-State and Duncan Banner Area Player of the Year honors … Averaged 26.2 points, 14.8 rebounds, 5.7 blocks and 3.1 steals his final season and was second-ranked prospect in the state according to three recruiting services … Averaged 14 points, 15 rebounds and six blocks as a sophomore while playing for the Oklahoma Storm homeschool team and then spent junior year at Sunrise Christian Academy in Bel Aire, Kan., netting 12 points a game for a 29-1 team.
