Redshirt freshman seeking playing time at a wide receiver slot . . . Converted quarterback and a versatile athlete ready to help.

High School:  Dual-threat quarterback at Sulphur High School, passing for more than 1,000 yards and rushing for over 1,000 as a senior in earning District MVP, All-Area and Class 2A All-Star honors . . . Also an All-State performer in wrestling and a two-event state placer in track for the Bulldogs.

Personal:  A physical education major looking to become a coach . . . Father (Andy) wrestled at Arizona . . . Lists ‘‘Vision Quest” as his favorite sports movie . . . Names the Dallas Cowboys as his top professional sports team . . . Birthdate is Sept. 7, 1990.
