Senior linebacker looking to earn more playing time in 2005 . . . Lettered in a back-up role last year, followed with a productive spring and should be a main defensive contributor this season . . . Opened the 2003 season as the starting strong safety, but suffered a season-ending knee injury in the second game . . . Earned a hardship ruling to retain a year of  eligibility and returned to action last year, seeing time in the secondary and at linebacker . . . Hard-hitting veteran ready to be a factor in his final year.

2004:  Played in nine games, finishing with 23 tackles . . . Had seven stops in win over Abilene Christian and made five tackles against Southeastern Oklahoma.

2003:  Had 10 tackles with two passes broken up before going down with knee injury in second-game win over Southwest Baptist.

Juco/High School:  Played two years at Trinity Valley Community College . . . Led prep team in tackles as a junior and senior, earning All-District honors his final season . . . Also lettered in track.

Personal:  A business major and member of UCO Dean's Honor Roll . . .Favorite sports star is Kevin Garnett . . . Birthdate is April 18, 1982.
