Dynamic junior college transfer expected to make a push for starting time in the defensive secondary . . . Brings excellent athletic ability and prior collegiate playing experience to the program and should make an immediate impact on the lineup . . . Transferred to UCO after previously competing at Butler County (Kan.) Community College.

Juco: Helped lead Butler County to an 11-1 record and a Kansas Jayhawk Conference Championship as a sophomore . . . Started at strong safety and recorded 34 tackles, including five sacks . . . Forced a pair of fumbles and blocked two kicks while recovering one fumble on the season.

High School: Two-sport standout at Wichita North High School . . . State qualifier in track.
