Redshirt freshman quarterback who will compete for time under center this fall . . . Has shown tremendous knowledge of the game and is a dual threat with his passing and running abilities . . . Still needs time to develop and adjust to the collegiate game, but is a prospect with certain potential.

2006: Redshirt season.

High School: Prep superstar at Ardmore High School . . . Passed for 2,514 yards and 38 touchdowns to earn Class 5A All-State and District Offensive Player of the Year . . . Two-year starter in baseball.

Personal: A kinesiology major who would like to become an offensive coordinator . . . Names John Elway as his favorite athlete . . . Birthdate is Jan. 1, 1988.
