Freshman newcomer who will compete for time at quarterback this fall . . . Has displayed a strong arm and is a poised leader behind center . . . Will take time to develop but is expected to be a contributor in the future.

High School: Passed for over 2,000 yards and 24 TDs to earn Class 3A and All-District consideration at Metro Christian Academy in Tulsa . . . Also earned All-State honors in soccer while also lettering in track.

Personal: A finance major . . . Birthdate is Jan. 4, 1988.
