Intriguing newcomer returning to the football field after a lengthy absence from the gridiron . . . Will attempt to see playing time as a punter, but has the athletic ability to be utilized in a number of roles . . . Spent the last five years playing professional baseball in the Boston Red Sox organization after being drafted in the 15th round of the 2002 First-Year Player Draft.
