Junior defensive lineman and returning letterman expected to capitalize on a productive sophomore campaign . . . Naturally gifted athlete with the ability to become a dominant run-stopper . . . 2006: Appeared in all 11 contests, ending with 16 total tackles . . . Notched a season-high four stops in loss against Southwestern Oklahoma.

2005: Saw plenty of plating time at tackle, finishing with 10 tackles, including one for loss . . . Had season-high four tackles in opener against Missouri Western.

High School: Daily Oklahoman Big All-City and All-State selection in both football and wrestling as a senior at Westmoore High School . . . Also played in the Oklahoma-Texas Oil Bowl All-Star Game.

Personal: A general business major . . . Father (John) was a three-year wrestling letterman at UCO in the late 1970s . . . Brother (Patrick) is also on the UCO football roster . . . Birthdate is Jan. 18, 1986.
