Senior linebacker attempting to make a return to the field after suffering through a host of injuries as a junior . . . Determined and hard-working veteran with the ability to contribute a standout senior campaign on defense . . . Earned limited playing experience last season after transferring from Copiah-Lincoln (Miss.) Community College.

2006: Racked up a total of 10 tackles in seven games played as a junior . . . Notched a season-high of four stops during season-opening defeat to Missouri Western . . . Added three tackles and forced a fumble against nationally-ranked West Texas A&M.     

Juco: Played two years at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, earning first-team All-State honors for the Wolfpack.

High School: Football standout at Brandon (Miss.) High School, earning All-District and All-Metro honors . . . Also competed in track, powerlifting and swimming.  

Personal: An industrial safety major . . .  Enjoys bowling and watching movies . . . Birthdate is Oct. 17, 1985.
