Biography

Transfer from Oklahoma who will sit out the year . . . Highly-regarded defensive end who should have a big impact in 2010.

OU:  Redshirted in 2007 and then was a squadman for the Sooners in 2008.

High School:  Prep star at MacArthur High School in Lawton, earning All-District, All-Area and All-State honors as a senior . . . Racked up 89 tackles with 13 sacks his final season with the Highlanders . . . Also an All-District pick in basketball and a third-place state placer in the 110-meter high hurdles in track.

Personal:  A business major . . . Names the Dallas Cowboys as his favorite professional team . . . Birthdate is Oct. 26, 1988.
