Right-handed senior hurler ready to push for extended action this spring . . . Will be used mainly in relief, but also capable of being a spot starter for the Bronchos . . . Came to UCO last year after playing two seasons at Fort Scott (Kan.) Community College.

2013:  Had a 2-1 record and 4.66 earned run average in nine games with two starts, striking out nine batters in 9 2/3 innings . . . Picked up first win in relief during 10-0 rout of St. Gregory’s . . . Second win came in first start when allowed two earned runs while setting season highs for innings (4 2/3) and strikeouts (four) against Arlington Baptist.

Juco:  Appeared in 33 games during two-year career at Fort Scott . . . Went 2-2 with three saves and a nifty 2.85 ERA as a sophomore for the Greyhounds, giving up just nine earned runs in 28 2/3 innings while striking out 27.

High School:  Helped lead Claremore High School to the state tournament as a senior . . . Also a football letterman for the Zebras.

Personal:  Industrial safety major and Dean’s Honor Roll member at UCO  . . . Names the New York Yankees as his favorite professional team . . . Lists “Sandlot” as his top sports movie . . . Birthdate is Oct. 10, 1990.
