Biography

Hard-throwing senior reliever and the favorite to take over as UCO’s top closer . . . Earned extensive action in relief last season and showed a glimpse of what he’s capable of, with the Bronchos expecting big things from this veteran . . . Played two years at Ranger (Texas) College before coming to UCO.
 
2014:  Pitched in team-high 20 games and went 1-0 with a 3.45 earned run average . . . Threw 15 2/3 innings, striking out 20 while giving up just six earned runs . . . Earned lone win at Lindenwood . . . Made only start in 30-0 rout of Hillsdale Baptist, giving up one hit in one inning . . . Struck out the side in one-inning stint against Arlington Baptist.
 
Juco: Pitched in 21 games with one start as a sophomore for the Rangers, going 2-5 with four saves while fanning 27 batters in 35 2/3 innings.
 
High School:  Prep standout at Moore High School, helping lead the Lions to the state tournament as a senior.
 
Personal:  General studies major looking to become a police officer . . . Enjoys hunting as a hobby . . . Names the Washington Redskins as his favorite team . . . Lists Blake Shelton as his top musician . . . Birthdate is June 2, 1992.
