Biography

Fifth-year senior catcher ready to lead the Bronchos in his final year on the field ... Solid behind the plate and in the batter's box ... Brings wealth of experience ... Transferred to UCO from Nebraska-Omaha after starting career at Northeastern Community College in Colorado. 

2024: Played in 31 games and made 26 starts for the Bronchos ... Hit .243 on the season, with 17 hits in 70 at bats ... Had six doubles and two home runs ... Belted in 17 RBIs and scored nine runs himself ... Drew 15 walks and was hit by a pitch once on the season ... Had a .367 on-base percentage and a .414 slugging percentage ... Threw out five baserunners and had just two passed balls on the season ... Had four multi-hit games on the season including a pair of doubles against Newman on March 10 ... Named to MIAA Honor Roll.

2023: Played in 15 games in first season at Central Oklahoma and started each one … Hit .289 for the season, going 13-for-45 in over 50 plate appearances … Had a .333 slugging percentage and a .396 on-base percentage … Scattered 11 singles and hit a pair of doubles … Batted in seven runs and scored five himself … Made 112 putouts with nine assists behind the plate … Had a .976 fielding percentage on the year … Made the MIAA Honor Roll.

UNO: Appeared in 23 games and made 11 starts as a third-year sophomore ... Hit .231 with nine hits ... Had one double and one home run and five RBIs ... Scored five runs. 

JUCO: Hit .313 with three homers, seven doubles, 30 RBIs as a sophomore in 2021 ... Also scored 18 runs ...  Hit .293 with a double, one home run and seven RBIs in 15 games as a freshman in 2020.

High School: Prep standout at Rancho High School in Las Vegas ... Earned All-Conference honors as a junior and continued success with All-State recognition following his senior season. 

Personal: Exercise Science major ... Lists the San Francisco Giants as his favorite pro sports team ... Catching a no-hitter is his top sports memory ... Birthdate is Nov. 5, 2000.
