Biography

Senior second baseman and returning starter looking to build off a solid first year with the program in 2017 ... Is a strong defender and quick defender that can make plays with ease at second ... Is quick to get the ball out of his glove and a strong double-play threat in the middle of the field for the Bronchos ... Also a strong bat that can hit at different spots in the lineup for UCO ... Was top-five on the team in numerous categories last season in his Central debut ... Transferred from Northeastern A&M before his junior season.

2017: Played in 38 games for the Bronchos, all at second base, and started 37 games ... Led the team with a .493 slugging percentage ... Was second on the team with six home runs and also second with two triples ... Was 2-for-4 with a triple and two runs scored in his first game as a Broncho against Southern Nazarene ... Scored three runs in a game three times ... Had a season-high three hits three times as well, including a 3-for-4 day against Southwestern when he hit two homers ... Also his best game with four RBIs ... Did have a team-high 15 errors at second, but also had 89 putouts and 118 assists while boasting a .932 fielding percentage.

JUCO: Spent two seasons in Miami, Okla. at Northeastern A&M where last season, he hit .400.

High School: Multi-sport standout from Westmoore.
