Biography

Returning starter and senior stalwart slated to be the main center fielder for the second consecutive season . . . Came in as a transfer last year and enjoyed a tremendous junior season, both in the field and at the plate . . . Left-handed hitter with great speed who will be a key offensive weapon for the Bronchos . . . Confidence and success of last season should propel this senior leader to bigger and better things in 2012.

2011:  Was a second-team All-Lone Star Conference selection after starting 44 of UCO's 47 games in center field . . . Was the third-leading hitter with a .360 average and had a team-high 18 multi-hit games . . . Collected seven doubles, three home runs, two triples and 27 runs batted in while also stealing 12 bases . . . Also drew 26 walks in finishing with a .448 on-base percentage . . . Put together hitting streaks of five, seven and seven games . . . Went 4-for-4 and scored three runs in 11-1 rout of Midland Lutheran . . .  Was a combined 5-for-7 with seven RBI in wins over Abilene Christian and Angelo State . . . Smacked a grand slam to key 11-8 victory over Cameron . . . Made just three errors in 106 chances.

Juco:  Enjoyed stellar two-year career at Seward (Kan.) County Community College . . . Hit .394 with 11 doubles, five triples and 26 RBI as a freshman and was an All-Conference pick as a sophomore after batting .354 with 12 doubles, two triples, 13 stolen bases and 34 RBI.

High School:  Played at Westmoore High School.

Personal:  An industrial safety major . . . Enjoys hunting and fishing as his top hobbies . . . Birthdate is March 30, 1989.
