Biography

Junior newcomer who should battle for playing time at catcher . . . Gained  plenty of experience while playing the last two years at Redlands Community College . . . An excellent defender behind the plate who can also help out offensively.

Juco:  Capped two-year career at Redlands last year by batting .385 with two home runs and 33 runs batted in while committing just one error.

High School:  Baseball-football standout at Yukon High School, earning Student-Athlete of the Year honors as a senior.

Personal:  A criminal justice major . . . Enjoys playing video games as his favorite hobby . . . Names the Texas Rangers as his favorite professional team . . . Lists "Bull Durham" as his top sports movie . . . Birthdate is Aug. 8, 1990.
