Biography

Returning letterman and part-time starter scheduled to see time in the outfield and at designated hitter . . . Is the front-runner to earn starting berth in right field, but also capable of being the main DH with his hitting ability . . . Has good power at the plate and could be a key run-producer for the Bronchos . . . Transferred to UCO last year from Carl Albert State College.
 
2014:  Played in 33 games with 18 starts and batted .333 with seven doubles, five home runs and 25 runs batted in . . . Started 15 games at DH and one each at catcher, third base and right field . . . Had six multi-hit games and drove in two-plus runs in seven contests . . . Drove in four runs in first-ever game with the Bronchos with a three-run homer and sacrifice fly in win over Arkansas-Fort Smith . . . Went 3-for-5 with a double, triple and five RBI in rout of Arlington Baptist . . . Had a double, homer and four RBI in win over Emporia State.
 
Juco:  Played two years for the Vikings . . . Led the team in at bats (152), hits (44), runs (25), homers (nine), doubles (eight) and RBI (25) as a sophomore while hitting .289.
 
High School:  Prep standout at long-time small-school powerhouse Latta High School . . . All-Region and All-State pick on the diamond as well as a basketball letterman.
 
Personal:  Industrial safety major . . . Lists the “The Replacements” as his top sports movie . . . Names the Red Hot Chili Peppers as his favorite musical group . . . Father (David) played at UCO and brother (Conner) at Oral Roberts . . . Birthdate is June 2, 1992.
