Biography

Returning starter set to handle the main center field duties once again . . . Had a strong sophomore season after breaking into the starting lineup and should really benefit from the experience and success of last year . . . Speedy junior with good range in the field who is also a prime offensive threat for the Bronchos with the ability to hit for power and average . . . Came to UCO at mid-semester in 2012-13 after spending a year and a half at Oklahoma.
 
2014:  Honorable mention All-Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association pick after playing in 52 games with 47 starts, all in center field . . . Batted .356 with seven doubles, seven home runs and 39 runs batted in . . . Had 11 multi-hit games and drove in two-plus runs nine times . . . Put together three hitting streaks of five-plus games . . . Made just two fielding miscues in 106 chances.
 
2013:  Played in 32 games with 16 starts -- all in center field -- and hit .222 with three doubles . . . Had three straight two-hit games early in the season, highlighted by two-double, three-RBI outing in win over Fort Hays State . . . Didn’t make an error in 31 fielding chances.
 
OU:  Redshirted in 2011-12 and then spent the fall of 2012 with the Sooners before opting to transfer.
 
High School:  All-Conference selection as a senior at Jenks High School.
 
Personal:  Finance major . . . Enjoys going to the lake in his spare time . . . Names the Los Angeles Dodges as his favorite professional team . . . Lists Rod Stewart as his top musician . . . Birthdate is July 27, 1992.
