2007: Saw time on the mound in two games after transferring from South Mountain (Ariz.) Community College  . . . Did not factor in a decision after logging 1 2/3 innings of work against Angelo State and Eastern New Mexico.


Juco: Posted a record of 2-0 with a glistening 1.33 ERA for the Cougars.

High School: Two-sport standout at Bear River High School in Grass Valley, Calif . . . Named All-Sacramento during his junior and senior seasons . . . Holds the school strikeout record for most in a season (64) and career (120) . . . Also competed in basketball.
