Biography

Returning letterman expected to see duty as a late-inning reliever in 2015 . . . Earned limited time on the mound and in the field last year, with this senior veteran ready to contribute more in his final season . . . Right-hander who transferred to UCO after two years at Lassen (Calif.) Community College.
 
2014:  Appeared in six games with one start on the mound, finishing with a 5.19 earned run average in 8 2/3 innings with no decisions . . . Struck out 10 batters, twice fanning two in one-inning relief stints . . . Also played sparingly in the field at third base and the outfield, going 1-for-3 with a run batted in during lone start at third against Southwestern Christian.
 
Juco:  Second-team All-Conference infielder for the Cougars as a sophomore after hitting .257 with four doubles and 14 RBI while also earning two saves on the mound.
 
High School:  Four-year standout at Sparks (Nev.) High School . . . Had a .494 average and 1.07 ERA as a senior to earn conference MVP and Class 3A All-State honors.
 
Personal:  Kinesiology major . . . Enjoys golf as a hobby . . . Names the Atlanta Braves as his favorite team . . . Lists “Little Big League” as his top sports movie . . . Birthdate is Aug. 16, 1993.
