Biography

Returning letterman who will be in the mix for a starting berth in the outfield this spring . . . Saw part-time starting duty last year and had a strong showing during fall drills . . . Versatile junior with the ability to play any of the outfield positions and could also help elsewhere if needed.

2010:  Appeared in 27 games with 15 starts, hitting .172 with two doubles and three runs batted in . . . Started 11 games in left field, two in right and one each at second base and designated hitter.

Juco:  Played freshman year at Connors State College, hitting .389 with four home runs and 10 RBI.

High School:  Oklahoman Little All-City pick as a senior at Tuttle High School after hitting .425 with 15 doubles, nine home runs, 45 RBI and 25 stolen bases . . . Also lettered in football and wrestling for the Tigers.

Personal:  A physical education major looking to become a fire fighter . . . Brother (Shane) played baseball at Oklahoma State and for the New York Mets organization . . . Birthdate is Sept. 2, 1988.
