Junior transfer expected to compete for a starting position in the middle infield . . . Tremendous all-around defensive talent with the ability to play shortstop or second base . . . Switch-hitter with great speed who figures to earn a spot at the top of the lineup with his ability to reach base . . . Transferred to UCO after starring at Eastern Oklahoma College before signing with the University of California-Irvine.

Juco: Two-time All-Region selection at Eastern Oklahoma College . . . Batted .341 with one home run, 32 RBI and 23 stolen bases as a sophomore.

High School: All-State selection on the diamond while at Leedey High School.

Personal: A safety major . . . Names Pete Rose as his favorite athlete . . . Birthdate is July 19, 1985.
