Senior pitcher who ranks as one of the top relievers in the Lone Star Conference . . . Crafty left-hander who possesses pristine control and has showcased the ability to get the tough out in the late innings . . . Adds tremendous movement on an array of pitches and can be lethal on left-handed opponents . . . Has experienced a great deal of success in his first three years as a Broncho and is eager to end his career with an even stronger senior campaign.

2005: Earned first-team All-Lone Star Conference North Division honors after finishing 2-5 with five saves and a solid earned run average of 3.12 . . . Appeared in a team-high 22 contests, all in relief, allowing just twelve earned runs in 34 2/3 innings worked . . .  Held opposing batters to an impressive .221 average with runners on base . . . Compiled a sparkling earned run average of 1.38 in nine appearances against LSC North opponents . . . Limited left-handed batters to a .191 batting average (4-of-21) . . . Picked up the victory in season opening 1-0 extra inning thriller against Emporia State.

2004: Pitched in a team-high 23 games, all in relief, and finished 2-1 with a glittering 2.29 earned run average . . . Was a second-team All-LSC North Division pick and also earned second-team All-South Central Regional honors . . . Fanned 31 batters in 35 1/3 innings and allowed just nine earned runs . . . Went career-high six innings in 8-7 win over East Central, allowing one unearned run.

2003: Came in as a true freshman and pitched in relief in 15 games, going 2-0 with a fine 2.82 ERA . . . Threw 22 1/3 innings, striking out 22 and walking eight . . . Gave up one run in 3 2/3 innings against eventual champion Abilene Christian in the South Central Regional.

High School: Four-year star at Carl Albert High School, earning All-Conference honors three times . . . Finished with 34-3 career record, going 13-1 with a 1.20 ERA and 121 strikeouts as a senior.

Personal: A graphic design major . . . Father (Ralph) wrestled at Arizona State . . . Brother (Ryan) played baseball at Kansas State . . . Birthdate is June 4, 1984.
