Biography

Senior side-arm righty returning for another year with the Broncho pitching staff ... Is very good at finding spots ... Gives UCO a different look on the mound ... Can be used as a set-up reliever and can get strikeouts to help the Bronchos through late innings ... Is a tough competitor that works all the way through the at-bat.

2017: Played in 27 games as a short-relief pitcher for the Bronchos as a junior ... Went 3-0 and added one save ... Threw 41 2/3 innings, striking out 32 and walking just 17 batters along the way ... Did not allow an earned run 18 of 27 trips to the mound ... Allowed just one earned run over his final nine appearances and none in his final four outings ... Longest outing was four innings - a four-strikeout, one-walk performance against Fort Hays State ... Was a big set-up man for record-setting closer Gibson Russ last season ... 

JUCO: Played two seasons at Hutchinson Community College in Kansas.
