Biography

Senior pitcher who will be used mainly in middle relief this season . . . Could also see action as a spot starter and is a hard-throwing, right-handed veteran ready to be counted on . . . Transferred to UCO last year from Eastern Oklahoma College.

2009:  Pitched in 12 games with two starts, going 1-1 with a save and a 9.35 earned run average . . . Win came in 4 2/3-inning start against Missouri S&T and got the final two outs of a 5-4 victory over Arkansas-Monticello to pick up the save.

Juco:  Played two years at Eastern.

High School:   Oklahoman Big All-City pick as a senior at Putnam City North High School . . . Put together a 28-9 career record with a 2.80 earned run average while helping the Panthers win a state title . . . Also a three-year letterman in football.

Personal:  A business major . . . Enjoys fishing as his top hobby . . . Names the New York Yankees as his favorite pro team . . . . . . Birthdate is Aug. 19, 1986.
