Senior veteran ready to fill a full-time starting role in 2009 . . . Has seen plenty of action at a variety of positions throughout his career and is the favorite to be the main left fielder this season . . . Shows great patience at the plate and is capable of being a major offensive force for the Bronchos with the ability to hit for both power and average . . . Team leader poised for a banner final season.

2008:  Played in 33 games with 16 starts, seeing action at first base, left field and right field . . . Batted .300 with four doubles, two home runs and 15 runs batted in . . . Had a trio of three-hit games, including 3-for-5, four-RBI outings against both Arkansas-Monticello and Emporia State . . . Hit .309 (17-for-55) with both homers and 12 RBI in 16 starts.

2007:  Started in 10 of 31 games played, batting .278 with six of his 10 hits going for doubles . . . Went 2-for-2 with two RBI and two runs scored in a win at Southwestern Oklahoma . . . Had two singles with an RBI in 2-1 win over Northeastern State . . . Didn’t make an error in 35 chances and threw out two runners at the plate during doubleheader against NSU.

2006:  Hit .377 with two home runs and 20 RBI as a true freshman . . . Was an honorable mention All-LSC North Division pick after batting .436 with two home runs and 16 RBI in LSC North play . . . Had six multi-hit performances and stroked nine extra base hits in just 69 at bats . . . Hit a team-best .524 (11-for-21) with runners in scoring position.

High School:  Prep standout at Guthrie High School . . . Was named Suburban Conference MVP along with earning Oklahoman Big All-City and All-State honors as a senior . . . Was also an All-Conference defensive back in football.

Personal:  A marketing major . . . Enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time . . . Birthdate is March 18, 1987.
