Solid junior outfielder looking to lock down a starting role this spring . . . Gritty and hustling talent who will do what it takes to see time on the playing field . . . Patient hitter with power to all fields . . . Owns a strong arm and will make opposing base runners think twice before attempting to take an extra base . . . Continues to make drastic improvement through a dedicated work ethic and expects to see a prominent role this spring.


2007: Participated in 31 contests and made the starting lineup 10 times as a platoon outfielder . . . Batted .278 with five RBI and six runs scored in 36 at-bats . . . Accumulated 10 base hits on the season with six of those going for doubles . . . Went 2-for-2 with two RBI and a pair of runs scored in LSC North Division victory at Southwestern Oklahoma . . . Added two singles and a RBI during 2-1 win over Northeastern State . . . Did not make an error on 35 chances in the field and threw out a pair of runners at the plate during doubleheader with NSU.

2006: Came on during the second half of the season to hit .377 with two home runs and 20 RBI . . . Selected as a Honorable Mention All-LSC North Division performer after batting .436 with two home runs and 16 RBI in LSC North play . . . Compiled six multi-hit performances and stroked nine extra base hits in just 69 at-bats on the year . . . Put together four multi-RBI efforts and drove in at least one run in six straight games . . . Hit a team-best .524 (11-for-21) with runners in scoring position . . . Led team in appearances off the bench (26) and pinch hits (3) . . . Blasted first collegiate home run, a two-run shot against Southwestern Oklahoma followed by a three-run bomb versus Cameron.

High School: Prep standout at Guthrie High School . . . All-State, All-District, All-Big City, All-Region and All-Conference selection on the baseball diamond . . . Named MVP of the Suburban Conference and a member of the Oklahoma Junior Sunbelt team . . . Helped lead the Bluejays to the 2002 state championship in football.
