Biography

Returning letterman slated to see relief duty for the second straight year . . . Hard-throwing senior southpaw with good control who should benefit from experience gained last season . . . Came to UCO after two years at Labette (Kan.) Community College.
 
2014:  Appeared in 10 games and went 1-0 with a 6.55 earned run average . . . Pitched 11 innings, striking out nine and walking just one . . . Gained win with 1 2/3 innings relief work against Emporia State.
 
Juco:  Played two years at Labette . . . Appeared in 14 games with four starts in 2013, going 3-1 with a 3.99 ERA while striking out 30 and walking just eight in 47 1/3 innings.
 
High School:  District MVP and an All-State pick as a senior at Andrews (Texas) High School . . . Also a two-time  All-District performer in basketball.
 
Personal:  Business management major who made the UCO Dean’s Honor Roll both semesters last year. . . Enjoys playing golf in his spare time . . . Lists the Dallas Cowboys as his favorite team . . . Names Blink 182 as his top musical group . . . Birthdate is April 29, 1993.
