Central Oklahoma has had 50 players receive NCAA Division II All-region Recognition a combined 78 times. Jeorgia McGinty, Kim Brown, Carly Fischer, Alli Miller, Katie Killion, and Kelsey Gordon were all three-time All-Region selections for the Bronchos while 19 other players have earned two All-Region selections. Killion in 2018 became Central Oklahoma's first ever Regional Player of the Year, earning the honor from the Conference Commissioner's Association. Rebekah George earned the same award in 2024.
